1. Order Cancellation Timing:  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, our fulfillment process begins, and cancellation may not be possible.

The refund will be processed promptly, but please allow a reasonable processing time depending on your payment provider.  If your order has already been shipped before the cancellation request, you may need to initiate a return following our standard return policy for a refund.
4. Exceptions to Cancellation: Some personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. In cases where an item is out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
